Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. Need me some Lavencas Luck. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it sucks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. I swear you always learn something new in Isaac, that "rocket in a jar + safety scissors on Ultra War" is so specific lmao, I never thought I'd ever see this
theres some guys in mines that can spawn that bombs 2 kind of rare

Bomb beggar + safety scissors = infinite bombs

1) FUN FACT: There are ... oh, you said Ultra Secret Rooms... welp, I'll say what I was going to say: there are crawl spaces in the ascent. I had an experience where I used Shovel in the Treasure Room or in the Boss Room, and got different crawl spaces going up than I got when going down.
2) This was by far the most unique The Beast fight ever seen!

When you want to say 3 things at once but without making three comments
There are ultra secret rooms In the ascent but they spawn on the same map tile that they would have originally spawned on in the original floor. This means it. Could be 60 tiles off map or you could get lucky and it could be in a normal configuration. I used console commands a while ago because I was curious. Ultra secret rooms do spawn but they are insanely hard to find.

10:30 - AFAIK there are no Secret Rooms of all kinds in Ascension phase, meaning Ultra Secrets are absent, too (but there are special Red rooms, tho)

so weird story was just chilling watching the vid and it got to about 6:48 then i started hearing this epic/ sad music start playing (Hans Zimmerman style music) and i thought that some ultra plays were about to happen or he was going to die then everything tense happend and the music kept building and i was so confused like what could he be building to. It then got a bit too loud and was like ok something must be broken like youtube unpaused a vid on a different tab or something nope checked all tabs paused the videos and started them again. Turns out that wallpaper engine due to crashing recently had reset all my settings and one of my wallpapers had a intersteller style song with it.
Oh hey I knew that’d clip would be in a video. And I’m in that clip :D

Secret, Super Secret and Ultra Secret can NOT spawn during the ascent.
isaac is the only game that has normal runs being crazier than speedruns

no ultra secrets in ascent i was playing with repentance + using the red map and there is just straight up no ultra secret anywhere (red map shows the locations of ultra secrets)
There are ultra secret rooms they don't show up on red map for whatever reason but they do spawn. They are spawned according to the original map tials though so they can be 50 tiles away if your unlucky. I used console commands for infinite charge red key and double checked. They can spawn its just really really hard to find them. Also the reverse moon doesn't seem to teleport to the ultra on the ascent I tried 10 teleports and got 1 error room and a bunch of random red rooms.
