Great recipe. I found the mixture too thick for my mixer though. Had to rather mix using a wooden spoon and add eggs one at a time. Mixing thoroughly between each egg.
i tried your recipe after many previous unsuccessful attempts of other recipes , i was quite impressed with the result . The only problem was that the inside was not totally cooked .Can you comment. I like to fill mine with creme patissiere .
We're making eclairs at school tomorrow But the recipe says to bake for 10 min at 220°C and then another 10-15min at 180°C, so they won't really puff out like they should. Practiced today, came out really small. Your method looks really great tho Gonna try it next time

This is a very late reply but it's always better to work in grams as opposed to cups. The measurements of cups vary throughout the world, so in one country a cup might be quite different to yours and that will make the recipe fail.. In baking you have to be precise. Hope this helps :)
