Okay this is my new favorite heavy MitiS song, or even my favorite MitiS song ever. The sound design is unbelievably good in the first two drops. So well made! The last melodic one is such a good drop to end off on as well after those two heavier drops. The production is great, as always. I think I like this even better than 10 Toads and Skull Machine, which is craazy, since those two songs are insane too. This is why you're one of my favorite artists

I think MitiS said he wanted the collaborating artists to add something different/new to each song in the album, which Crystal Skies definitely did! He does this kind of "first heavy then more melodic" style a lot I believe.

That first drop ruins the song for me. The second drop is much better executed, but the first one is such a neck crack that it's a no for me.

What are you even talking about? That was executed beautifully! The production on that first and second drop are nuts (melodic is third drop, actually). The sound design is sick. All because it isn't melodic doesn't mean it isn't good. That's just preference, but has nothing to do with objective fact. Good production is good production, regardless if you like or dislike the sound design. If you listen to his old music he used to make Dubstep, so this is closer to his old stuff than his more melodic stuff (this is more modern for sure though). As someone that is into heavy, melodic, and chill bass music, this song is a banger. The production is so good. This song beats out many heavy producers, which is hilarious considering he typically makes melodic music. That second drop is even better than Virtual Riot, in my opinion, which resembles his style a little bit. Nothing is 10/10 because perfection doesn't exist, but I give this a 8.9-9.2/10.
@@MrRADicalOfficial tastes are different, no point in arguing. Whether the production was good or not does not really matter, if a song isn't your taste, you just won't listen to it :)
@@etrnl0 True, I don't disagree with your point at all. I just don't agree with people flaming a song for reasons that aren't true though. An example, on Subtronics new album a guy commented something like Subtronics is always so high no wonder he sucks. To summarize greatly, I told him he needs to relearn what the words sucks means and there are good elements to what he makes and sucks is exaggerating. The guy just replies something like no he sucks. Literally didn't take in what I was saying at all and continues to say something not true. Sucks means a song(s) is in the range of 1-3/10, so his usage of the word was ridiculous (same as people calling songs 1/10 or 10/10, nobody knows how a rating system works, which is infuriating honestly with how much misuse I see.. it is rampant). Anyways, dislike the song if you dislike it, but dislike it for genuine reasons not because you feel like it is something it is not, or something along those lines.
