No problem with food, variety, taste and price, in Penang.
Do consider travel time and road congestion to your work place.
Being on the island traffic heavy most time; more so during weekends.

4th and 6th are same condos, its quite isolated and traffic will be a big problem if you need to commute daily.
You are right! We like the price & condition of 4th & 6th unit but its not convenient. Thank you for yr advice👍
Some highrise condos no need aircon because wind always blowing. My friend stayed in the rainz kl. He seldom use aircon.
Yes, maybe its quite depend on sun direction of the house :) Our condo in KL is face to North, so its not hot so we also don’t use aircon much😉 Thank you for yr comment.
Great to see you enjoying house hunting in Penang. When we were looking for a house in Penang we only went to 2 houses before deciding on the one we liked.
Once you've moved to Penang do explore more of the food scenes especially street food. It's also a good content for your channel. I started uploading more content on my channel after moving to Penang.

@@250Loy the durian season is ending soon in August here in Penang, but there is still time. Durian season usually starts from May to August each year. Much more variety of Durian types and you can even go visit the durian orchards/farm in Balik Pulau and eat there.
Kayu is only 1 nasi kandar outlet. There are several good ones like line clear or hameediyah. Try naan with tandoori and butter chicken at kapitan too.
We are suggesting u to try find a Malay owner... Sometimes u can get more cheap price compared to the Chinese owner.. Plus u can get a landed house...

Only issue in penang is traffic but other things are ok. Schedule your travel time.

안냥하세요. 2년 살기로 페낭오시는군요~ 많이 설레시겠어요.. 아무래도 아이 등하교가 가까운 곳이 좀 편하지 않을까요? 일단 국제학교 근처 콘도를 알아보시는게 좋을거 같아요. Iproperty 사이트 들어가시면 쉽게 검색 가능하시답니다. 저희도 요 사이트를 가장 많이 애용하고있답니다. 7월이면 아직 시간이 많이 남으셨으니 꼼꼼히 알아보시고 준비잘하셔서 입국하시길 바래요~ 웰컴 페낭입니다~🙏😁
