I bought a Lelit Grace PL81T. I tried to do the back flushing following your instructions. I insert the blind filter into the coffee distribution group. I push the coffee switch and after the hot water switch but the back flushing process doesn't start. Instead, the countdown for a coffee starts. The two switches don't flash.

Hi, I see you do the procedure a bit different than the Victoria user manual: In the manual the procedure is: 1- Backflushing with detergent, blind filter 2- Rinsing of the filterholder 3- Backflushing without detergent, blind filter And you apply the following steps: 1- Backflushing with detergent, blind filter 2- Backflushing without detergent, blind filter (repetition) 3- Rinsing of the filterholder 3- Backflushing without detergent, normal filter So, which of those procedures would you recommend? Is it OK if I follow the user manual instructions? Thanks

Hi- I have a Lelit Elizabeth which I am so pleased with- the only recent issue is that when I went to replace the hard water filter- the silicone tube split at the end as I put the new filter on. I had to cut about 2cm off and fit the filter on- is this a common occurrence? And if it keeps happening is the tube easy to replace or would I have to sen the machine in to be repaired?

Which hose is even the right one? I put the filter on the one hose that is bigger because it only fits there. The other hose is too small. The too small one has a small screen filter and it is "split" from factory. But it doesn't fit the filter. Just put some arrows Lelit, so I don't have to spray water through my kitchen...
Just in case you're still wondering: It seems to be "press the top button and then press the bottom button within 1-2 seconds". Pressing both at the same time doesn't seem to work and pressing after two seconds doesn't seem to work.
I hope you can instruct the problem I’m having please I followed the instructions on the “Puly descaler espresso” to add 125ml solution to 400ml water and then proceeded with the descaling procedure. The problem i have is the Lelit Victoria model and the sensor in the tank will stop the pump when there is still approx. 250ml water/descaler in the tank still therefore not properly treating the machine. Is there any advice you may give me to correct this please?
