I think I have the original toy and it is slightly bigger than the one in your video. The packaging is different too. The transformation is different in many ways. The panel covering the “head” is pushed forward to close and not flipped over to close. The front chest armour can be pushed open to show a clear plastic with details of the inner co-pit. The two fists are pushed and kept inside the two arms and not removable. The front panels of the two legs can be open to transform into wings. The backside connecting the two legs are metal and not plastic. The gun pods is different too.
