In this track, I combined isochornic pulses with binaural beats for maximum effect. Been listening while falling asleep for not even 3 months. Bench is up 25+ pounds. Not max, 25 pounds plus same number of reps. Getting stronger on everything else too. Hard to say it hasn't been working very well for me. Recommend to listen at lower volumes and for trolls to listen while walking off a steep cliff.

No joke, this actually worked. I haven’t even really changed my diet, or started working out a lot, but I’ve lost about 15 pounds, my muscles look a bit bigger, and I’ve grown half an inch (I’m still somewhat young though, so that might’ve just been puberty). All of this happened in less than about a month, and I’ve only been using this once a day, with no boosters. I plan to keep on using it, good luck guys if you plan to as well! And no, I probably won’t update any more, sorry about that.
Ok fine, one update. I’ve been able to do more pushups, and I think that I can feel a 6 pack coming.

I have been listening to a combo of fat burning and muscle building for about 2 weeks now. I am a 5'6 male that started off at about 155lbs. I am now 145 and the weight I lost was all body fat and now my muscles are rock hard. My shoulders are wider and rounder, my arms are thicker, my stomach is flat and hard (not quite at 6-pack range... yet :3), my back is round and v-shaped, and the list goes on and on.
