Reviving Germantown Yarns in the 21st Century

Kelbourne Woolens founders Courtney Kelley and Kate Gagnon Osborn presented lecture on the history of Germantown Yarns in Philadelphia. An icon of American craft, Germantown Yarn was developed in Philadelphia in the early 1800s and was recently revived by Kelbourne Woolens. At this first ever HSP Knit-Along, HSP and Kelbourne unveiled a vintage sweater pattern.

I am wondering if the NC mill that is mentioned was damaged in the hurricane Helene flooding and if that disaster has affected the Germantown Yarn company

They lost power for a while, but they and their staff made it through unscathed. They were all very lucky.
