Hi! did you noticed in the macaque that the lower part of the face (below mouth) is painted like the fur and not in pink like the rest of the face? I think that its a painting mistake because this part is skin, not fur.
All the macaque figurines are painted like that but in the oficial Schleich website, all the face is pink.
Good observation, but I think this is only related to the routine paintwork errors that occurs on the part of the painter, I have examined other versions of the same model and noticed that there are slight differences in the coloring of that area, from one model to another, but scientifically I see them all acceptable and can be seen too in the same animal. 😉
Hi I have a question regarding broken figures, do you use any specific glue ? My son loves this type of animal figures and he has a few broken figures. Do you have any recommendations?
