This is me, but it’ll be 4 years since I’ve competed since high school haha. Any advice on adapting to the new height for college 110mh? My meet is in 3 weeks. I’ll be running the 110mh and 400mh. I have practice this week and kind of nervous

My times in highschool were
110mh: 15.47
300mh: 41.25
400mh: 58.86
This was 4 years ago and I hope to be a lot more faster tbh. I have been training since last fall when I was awarded a scholarship for T&F this coming fall.
