    Yep. 1 week Raw and No grains and I dropped 7 lbs and feel like I hit the fountain of eternal life! I am 50 and look at my pic and just had a baby naturally, she is Raw vegan too and runs laps around 5 year olds

    It’s true. My sleep increased as well when I was juicing fruits and veggies.

    Im eating 80% raw and I sleep 4-6hours, and on cooked vegan diet I slept 7 hours. So if I go fully raw 🤔

      I have gone fully raw since 10/1/2023
      So to reducing my sleep
      And be best productive version of mine
      My sleep reduced from 9 hours to 8 hours I don't know what wrong I am doing
      Still I am not giving up
      I want very badly, to reduce my sleep

      @@brahma7296 I think it's individual and the amount of fat or dried food affects digestion which slows down energy, or eating too late. Detox period in first year can be exhausting, it is not stable energy yet. I am not eating fats right now and vegetables are also heavy for my IBS. Also I am healing my skin problem and adrenal fatigue. I heard some long term raw vegans still sleep 8 hours who eat variety of raw vegan foods and fruitarians and liquidarians sleep like 4-5hours or some are not sleeping but resting like breathatarians. I think fasting is the key of managing better energy over all. Take your time on this journey, be patient as your body changes and becomes more and more efficent.

    I'm long term vegan who eats cooked . But that for sleep is true I believe . In elementary school my friends slept twice as me 10 vs 5 hrs . And I had a lot of interest in theology , philosophy , history compared to my age . Also , those who slept the most were the dumbest and most boring friends . But lack of sleep can also be harming young brain . TOo much sleep in adulthood and you get symptoms of heavy depression . Too little and you can get manic disorder .

      Sleep is the only think i know you cant get in excess because the body know and you cant sleep more once you are completely rested.
