2) Short presentation of you. I mean who are you? What's your background as a karateka? As a Senseï? Your records as an athlete? It would give you additional credibility, don't you think?

Dear you forget to stretch Heel I.e kinshuto and josokotai i. E ball of feet. Else every thing is awesome. I like your vedioes
I always tend to injure my weaker left leg's groin tendon. It's also less flexible. Do you think I should stretch it more?
Don't just stretch that part, but stretch the surrounding muscles too!

May I please ask, how important is it to warm up with thoroughly before performing these stretches and are they suitable for increasing flexibility rather than just injury prevention?
I ask this as a 65 year old who has been training for about 7 years now. My lack of flexibility makes techniques like Keage and Mawashi Geri quite slow and clumsy for me.
My left calve always get hurt when I'm doing kicks. I hope this will help

Groin is pronounced Gro-ee-n;
You tend to say Grow-'n.
