I’ve 2k elims on Asgore, so no. You need to have had 1,000 elimination of Asgore before his rework (no longer doable) or custom access to obtain the skin. I’ve had people say there’s a quest where after eliminating 5 Akumas, you get the skin. I’ve yet to find my last two Akuma users so I can’t confirm this as fact.

The grind for killer is alr enough but its one of the best skins too
for it to be 300 kills it has to be 50 percent better than killer and sudden, this is not that good.
