    Ok so in retirement if my wife and I withdraw $94k or less from our Dividend ETF its tax free?
    Then lets say we took $110k. Only the difference between $94k - $110k ($16k) would be taxed at 15%? Not the entire 110k.
    If thats the case thats great.
