  • Suspension hamstring curls are one of the most complete hamstring exercises and this simple exercise and workout will throughout work your entire hamstring complex along with your posterior chain.
    Simply perform 3 sets of 7 reps each pausing at the top of each rep to give those hamstrings a good squeeze. Rest as needed between sets and ensure you keep those shoulders packed and glutes tight. You shouldn't feel any stress in the lower back.
