Ok this is beyond stupid, they can make massive walls but the big deadly opening? “Ahhh, just tell the kids the only rule is to never go there but don’t explain why.... wait! That and why the most dangerous thing in their world was left open instead of walled up with a nice thick concrete retaining wall, maybe a good thick hatch if it was ever needed, & then tell all the kids “only rule? Don’t ever go to this highly dangerous place we leave completely unguarded, because, reasons” beyond stupid
