All the Zentradi ships all had a very organic look to them. Your techniques did a great job! The final effect really reminds me of the Doomsday Machine from Star Trek TOS. Request you please include a link where we could request the file.
Thank you for this! I was the one who did the modifications for printing and came up with the cube connectors system for it. :) I didn't create the original file (it was solid), just made it larger and split for easier printing. I'm stoked by how well it turned out! :) Have a great day!
Cool Beans!! I have all of the Zentraedi vessels from 'Arii' ( I think that was the brand ), BUT ... I always felt that the "command ship" was Way to short compared to the rest of the Zentraedi fleet!! (so I bought two [2] of them to "fuse them together"). Seeing this and the CAD files, I Might get the eighteen (18) inch version to kinda match up with the rest of the fleet.
Looks awesome I just finished printing the same file today. Would it be possible to get the files for the mods you did on the model and again your ship came out great it looks like I remember, well done.
NOTE: I wrote this BEFORE I saw the scale-up. The six-incher (edit: okay, he said "18-incher") looks TOO CLEAN to me. I've seen drawings and animation of this same ship that shows a LOT more battle scarring, "acne bumps" and so on that makes the Calamari cruisers from Return of the Jedi look like a smooth-skinned beauty contestant! I'm sure this model's generally accurate (EDIT: referring to the six-incher, NOT the 3-ft version) but it seems like it needs more scarring detail, darker green (olive-green?) and more rust colors. Then again, the same series (Macross) couldn't decide in the last episode if the SDF-1 was fully restored or a near-wrecked, rusting hulk! LOL Talk about continuity issues and a tired production staff!
@1:28 -- Heh heh! The dangers of commenting TOO SOON before the video! Wow... Radically different details in surfacing between the "downscaled six-incher" (re: 18-inch version) versus upscaled 3-footer. Detail explosion in evidence, Folks, as we scale up! Zentraedi ships SHOULD show evidence of bad repairs, weak welding and just generally haphazard, incompetent maintenance!

Thanks, I've attached the link to the file in the description.

Thanks, it's an easy print and nice-looking ship.
Good morning. I love your model and I printed and painted it. I miss the decals. Would you have the file for the decals please. Thanks
Thanks, I don't have a file, I pulled an image off of the Internet and printed it on decal film.

Thanks, I'll see if I can get them on my thingiverse account.
