Hannah, this was the universe trying to tell you multiple times to not do it! Starting with the shush...yeah, maybe should have left then :) And, skip the chemical peel! I never liked facials until I was 60 yo -can't really tell that they did anything. Now I enjoy going to an Aveda school for a facial but it's the laying on the table relaxing and having goop swiped on my face. Actually, when my kids were little, I just enjoyed going to the dentist - you know, a place to sit down and relax. LOL!
I understand about the toy crisis! LOL My grandson has a favorite stuffed elephant. We’ve left it places and/or misplaced it a few times and we were also in “crisis-mode”. Daughter bought a spare after the 2nd time, which was a win/win because she can now wash one while he has the other (she switches them after he falls asleep). Also, just my opinion, but Hannah is perfect the way she is - a natural beauty. 🤗

Marie Wagener is an absolute wiz in her field n the sweetest woman ever ❤ She said ladies if u do haute yoga b careful u could end up passing out ❤ She said she has an office in Florida and she does everything from skin peels to eye brow micro blading. Marlene u stunner, ty for taking my message from ur mother to heart n keep planting those beautiful flowers ❤
When I worked in retail it was common practice to have the caller describe what they lost to make sure it's not just someone calling stores trying to steal from the lost and found. Anyway Thanks for the comedy!
Heard you talking about Monk on your latest episode, and I totally agree with you about Tony Shalhoub. You really should check out Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. I think that is his best work, and that is saying a lot considering Adrian Monk is second to only Lieutenant Frank Columbo in detective skills.
I believe that Hannah is being too hard on herself. Why I believe she made a good choice not going to this spa: They were rude and unprofessional because they didn’t allow her to speak (even shushing her!) and their meeting was interrupted, without apology. She felt obliged to make an appointment because of her friends and the pushy environment. THAT is why she was later predisposed to be annoyed. That was her subconscious mind saying “I don’t trust this place, I don’t like these people, I don’t even know if I SHOULD get a chemical peel”. Trust your gut. I know it’s difficult in the moment, when you are shocked and have other concerns like scheduling and effort. Yes! It’s stressful out here! Take some deep breaths and plan how you won’t put up with disrespect next time. 😊❤️ Do your own research about the chemical peels, rather than trust someone selling them.

You do not need a chemical peel that is a deeply invasion and painful procedure that looks like you’ve been cooked in a nuclear explosion 😮. That is for much older women. A microdermabrasion would be appropriate for your age and there is no down time or healing just nice fresh looking skin. Love your podcast ❤😊
