These ladies as far as i remember were primarily stage actors and singers. Nancy Dussault was on the Today Show with David Hartman. The style of singing is ala Ethel Merman. I call it Nasal Soprano! I think it originated on the East Side. Of course Donald O'Conner was the Doald O'Connor. A FIRST Class singer, actor dancer so often relegated to 2nd Banana. He was very endearing in the Frances The Talking Mule, movies/
