- Hi there! This is an Animatic / PMV for the Wings of Fire series. It's based on Boa and Jerboa.
I have never made an animatic before so I'm a little hesitant to even post it because I'm unsure. But everything was drawn in Procreate and edited together in Kinemaster. This was made over the span of about 5 days.
For context, because I know a lot is going on lol: An animus dragon named Jerboa ran away from her kingdom out of fear of being used and losing her soul, and she used her magic to create a daughter for her. But the first one went wrong, and the next one (Jerboa the 3rd, or Boa) she would edit and change and erase her memories whenever she was bored of her or got mad.

Wow, by what I see, you actually mentioned Jerboa 2. I feel like they are so overlooked, despite being barely mentioned, but if you really think about it, Jerboa killed one of her children simply because she didn't like how they turned out. Makes her sound like an even worse mother. Such an important detail is barely noticed by much any creator I have seen so far with a video about Jerboa. Im Impressed, and think you deserve praise for remembering that small yet so important detail of the whole Jerboa situation.
my love of the WoF series and addiction to the Portal games have both been answered here and they just fit so perfectly in this case it's just-

This really captures Boa and Jerboa well! First of all, I love your style! The way you draw dragons just looks so pleasing. Second, you really got the character's emotions, I really feel for the characters. Great job! I love the animatic so much, I can't wait to see more from you!

Augh- I absolutely love how you translated some of the lyrics into the story. One of my favorites is near the end when Jerboa 3 is singing “Now I only want you gone.” as she destroys animus magic. The way you draw body movements and expressions really shows how much pent up fear and anger animus magic has caused her, and now she just wants it all to stop.
