Psychic hygiene is essential for me to stay grounded and present in the moment. It’s funny because as a photographer one of the challenges is noise reduction in darker images. I missed this reading yesterday. I definitely can relate to this. I saw the contrast and it’s soooooo like night and day. I experienced both…. Was it important ever???? Maybe just to get an idea what happens when we let go. I hardly doubt I even did it on purpose but anyhow was just a season. I bet you it’s because I forgot about everything I learned while I was burried with dealing with stuff. I pulled through that and remember myself before getting tired. I got caught up with coping strategies and maybe why I lost my good judgement self. Oh I know, it was never ending experiences of different people taking advantage and I eventually just fell under weather. I was getting crushed but all good. I needed a pause anyhow so I can untangle from old patterns. Like you said in the last read where I want to spend my time is back into my dreams. Definitely learning where my energy goes- that was super important. I was being friends that throw me under the bus in seconds if I said even a partial no. Done with the past. I probably wanted to appreciate everything as I went through everything. I’m not doing any more striving unless it’s surrounding creativity or my other hobby that takes a lot of work just even to show up. Maybe one more stride today just to get things organized. Life’s so so easy but anyhow some how that switched…… mainly I was tired this season and why it got hard. I’m finally appreciating all my hard work. It was worth a bad life for awhile- it wasn’t all bad but it was just a lot of indoor work. Thanks so much:) I think I got this from here. Like I was able to filter out thoughts so easily and life was a breeze and that part is coming straight back to me. I’m so excited. I get to have fun again. Take care and best wishes:)
