I want to say that what Homelander did was fucked up but those scientists are literally the reason he ended up being the way he is. I think it’s because he took tempt v and than compound v which started a hybrid parasite which might be his new power. No other shoe I can think of would do Ezekiel like that he still had remains left after not complete diesintegration. I think butcher passed out and that thing took over

After rewatching the scene a few times, I don't think Butcher's brain worm blew Ezekiel up or tore him apart. There was almost LEFT of Ezekiel, besides a few scraps. Notice that the main parts left are flaps of skin, rather than pieces of muscle. Almost like it... flayed him... to get beneath the skin, and those muscles are missing from the room now.

I would love if that's what happened.
What if Butchers continued uses of compound V did form a tumor, but that tumor mutated into some form of a parasitic entity eventually turning more worm like probably to get around the body easier. If this is the case, the worm going into his brain at that moment could it trying to save it's host. Since this parasite was born from compound V, perhaps it has a similar exploding power on people? Would be interesting if this thing did originate in Butchers brain and maybe influenced by his hatred for supes?

The overcoat that hughie removed in the hospital he kept it on the chair and went back to bring coffee but when he came back the overcoat was on the side of hospital bed so definitely she took it out and injected it

I don’t think Butcher is dying, I think the V is genetically changing him. He’d be the first person to actually withstand its effects passed multiple uses; as far as we’ve seen, but from what we saw in episode 4, I have a hunch that his powers are still very much there. The V is most likely adjusting now.

Homelander was killed by Black Noir, (not Butcher) who turned out to be a perfect physical clone of Homelander himself, positioned in the Seven as a contingency against Homelander himself, incase he ever went rogue, Black Noir literally tore Homelander to pieces, but not before Homelander managed to do significant damage to Noir as well, Butcher then came in at the last moment, used his crowbar and open up Noir's skull, finally killing him.

What A-train? It’s pretty evident Butcher hulked-out somehow. Either he went into Wolverine-like rage mode after which he doesn’t remember anything, or we are getting a “the boys” style Venom (where the symbiote comes out of, we don’t know, but being in tune with the show’s style, the back door is not 100% out of the question).
(Personally) I really don't like these types of videos where the first 2/3 is just summarizing the whole episode, even though the title mentioning the explanation of what happened in the episode. Its kinda pointless summarizing the whole episode other than increasing the video's length over 10 minutes+ to get more revenue. Just cut the start and begin from the analysis. And before anyone would mention about clicking off the video, since the title mentions a explanation, it will be unfortunate if I skip over some parts of the video where the narrator actually explained a part (hence FOMO).
