But one can see in every offices, vehicle showrooms, big shops, private offices, restaurants, oil depots, shopping malls etc and etc non-apsts are employed. It should be made mandatory to recruit local youths. In Meghalaya, Mizoram and Nagaland i saw local youths are engaged for such job.

Itna Sara bahar se non- apst log accepted list mei.. ye log bahar se itna facility milke coaching/exposure milke aataa hai, jo Arunachal mei garib bacha hai woh log toh yaha bet k parega na govt school wagera se...kaha se hi fi coaching aur exposure lega- theres a reason y sts are protected by constitution. Iss baar st log ka chance khatam😢 jo log bolta hai toh aur parai karo they should know ki humara tribal log kitna mushkil se parta hai maximum log .. baki kuch amir minister /bureaucrats log ka bacha ko chorke.. itna aasan se bolta hai.
