Edible Hedge & Garden: I added Paw Paws, Currants and Ginger (Fall 2021)

This is the fall 2021 update on my continuing edible hedge project and vegetable garden. This year I added some black currants, paw paws and started growing some Thai vegetables in containers.
Unfortunately, I didn't have my audio recorder charged up when I wanted to make this video so the audio could be better.

You have almost all kinds of Thai vegetables including coriander, galangal, lemongrass.

Gotta have fresh spices to get those flavors! One Thai vegetable that I don't have, and won't ever have is cha-om. Not a big fan 🤣
