I used demucs to isolate the vocals. Then I used quite a lot of de-reverb and removed a lot of the background audio to get a more balanced vocal then went section by section using compression and eq to boost mainly bass and some mids too. That helped this vocal have some more presence. Some parts are still a bit iffy but I think it sounds a lot more to "studio" vocals than the original. Hope that helps. Give me a shout if you have anymore questions.
