Hi, If its very thin then likely it would. But regular cardboard or fluted cardboard probably not. The tools were designed for standard foamboard for the most part. Thanks.
@@balatas07 Hello. The tool is designed for use on standard foam board up to 1/2" (13 mm) thick. It would likely cut card stock but the initial piece must be large enough so that the dome can sit on it and hold it in place while its being cut. Best to use scrap foam board as underlayment for best results. The size of the circles to be cut can be from 1" to 6" in width. Thank you.

Can this cut 300gsm postcard/card stock? I know it's meant for foam board, but I'm hoping it can be used for cardboard also.

What’s the maximum depth this can cut and can it handle XPS foam?

The Circle Cutter will cut up to 1/2" foamboard.
