one of the greatest prof. thank you sir for teaching us . we are blessed . i am also a student of iit kgp but in my course i was not able to understand it but you made all the concepts clear.
what does it mean to say two metals repel each other? does it mean that the bonding energy between atoms of elements A and B is smaller than that of between two atoms of A?
Solid solution is homogeneous while phase mixture is two solid existing together in equilibrium. E.g the eutectic system in Fe-C phase diagram results in a phase mixture of pearlite and Cementite
Very nice intro to how phase diagrams are constructed. Thank you (preparing for an exam watching you lectures).
Even phase diagrams are facing one-sided love problem 💖. Love the way you are teaching. feeling blessed 🤗
Awesome, I really take my hat off for Prof. B.S. Murty
Professor is a Legend

Amazing lecture sir ... All lectures in the series are amazing... very nice ....thank you sir
still the best metallurgy lecture ❤❤❤❤

This is such a great lecture
Sir is their any formula for finding omega value ..?
Please make a course on basics of metallurgical thermodynamics
I am a student who is not from metallurgy background. I don't understand the difference between solid solution and two phase mixture. Please explain.

lecture is to good for understanding thank u v much sir...
Nice lectures,, Thank You Sir
super super superrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
👍
