One of the best examples of self hypnosis is playing music, especially if there is improvisation going on. The hands seem to have "muscle memory"

Excellent stuff, as usual. I must thank you, Anthony, for the part you've played in my growing interest in hypnosis. I particularly enjoy how much _you_ seem to enjoy explaining what you do, both to your subjects and to the audience. Your clear commitment to educate and inspire and your ability to do so without sacrificing entertainment value make for consistently engaging videos. As much as I like stage hypnosis for the entertainment, it is the way the experience reminds me of the true human capacity for self-betterment which snares me.

I like how he is like:
... there is a formular that you have to follow:
- You tell them what is going to happen.
- Then you count down: 3, 2, 1 and say
- ... 3 it is going to happen
- ... 2 it is going to happen
- ... 1 it is going to happen
- it happens
*pause*
For example:
Chair is on fire *claps*
*everyone jumps from chair*
