So I have one more question! 😅 I just received our Keenz 7S+ in the mail today. I have a few assembly questions but can’t get ahold of their customer service. 1.) When locking the frame into place I noticed that it locks on the side that has the red button but it does not click like it says it should but I can tell it is locked into place and I press the red button to unlock it. My question is on the other side of the frame there is not the red button and that side of the frame does not lock into place. I can freely pull the little metal buckle looking thing in and out on that side. I don’t know if this is a defect or if this is just how it supposed to be so was curious if you all encountered the same thing! 2.) In the manual it states “Always make sure to buckle the strap on the underside of the product.” I have looked all over on the underside of the wagon and cannot find a strap to buckle. Really wish it was easier to get into contact with their customer service and easier to find answers to these questions. 😬
Hey! Ours never really “clicks” into place either but you’ll know it’s locked into place because you will have to push the red button to collapse it. We had to push hard the first time we locked it into place on both sides but since then it’s fine. And the strap to buckle I assume is the strap that holds the wagon in the collapsed position. You should have it strapped closed anytime you want it to stay safely collapsed. I am sorry you’re having a hard time with their customer service, that’s a bummer!

@@caitlinhopper743 Yes, we did. There aren’t as many options to purchase from other retailers. Keenz also offered a great military discount so that was our determining factor for buying with them.
We have a friend with a seven year old boy (who is big for his age) and he fits just fine in it. I think it really depends on what size children you put next to each other. A bigger kid can fit next to a smaller one comfortably.

The website says the 7S+ doesn’t come with a cup holder. Did you order the parent cup holder separately?
No, we did not. We were pleasantly surprised!
