I have watched so many of these types of homes. By far, you folks do such clean, exceptional, meticulous work.

I would enjoy more videos showing great detail in assembling these log packages.
The reality is, many people have been priced out of the market, between land prices soaring, log package price almost doubled what it was pre 2019, many are forced to DIY the construction or not have it at all.

Greeting from Frankfurt

We’ve had good success with the sticky and flexible gasket that we currently use, it seems to do a good job of sealing between the logs.
In the USA, the OSB floor system is the most commonly used.

Elvie, I have known this sealant for a very long time and I am cautious about it because it is not as time resistant as a good mineral sealant.
Logically OSB is OK, financially much cheaper than cut wooden boards. Only the question is, what lasts longer, a floor surface with solid wood boards, 1 inch, or an OSB board?
I know the production of chipboard and for me is no comparison with a solid wood floor. It is solely the cost, nothing more. @@AmishMeadowsOfficial
