I honestly don't know why Nigerians always thank their leaders for doing what they the leaders were elected and supossed to do. Why thank president Tinubu in intervening in the NNPC and Dangote issue? That matter is a concern for all Nigerians as a big part of our livelyhood depends on accessing cheaper petroleum products, that will reduce the hard ship on Nigerians. Do we need to thank our leaders for doing the work they campaigned and asked us to hold them accountable for? Nigerians beg their leaders for just the basic human rights of a citizen. Meanwhile in sane societies, leaders beg and thank their citizens for giving then the opportunity to serve them.
