I humbly think that the view that you should not come back as a human because the world is not getting better according to your view is wrong and ignorant. You could easily say that during the 80s, the 40s, the 1500s and the 1000s but yet here we are, we have so many people still living and practicing the Dhamma. No doubt that you are more spiritually wise than me but I urge you to reconsider the view of human realm getting worser and worser.
@@Westcoastrocksduh society getting worse or good, that is irrelevant to the Dharma. In good times, practice Dharma, in bad times, practice Dharma. Also you're not giving the human realm its due merit. Yes it is still in samsara, yes, enlightment and not reincarnating in any realm is the best possible outcome, but as the Buddha said, the human realm is one of the best places to practice the Dharma. It has the appropriate amount of suffering that will motivate people to practice the Dharma but not too much suffering to the extent that you can't learn anything.
The sutta said as long as the monks practice rightly, the world will not be short of arahants. And there are many monks practicing in seclusion in the forests.
