What exactly is ordination necessary for ? Is ordination found in the New Testament ?
Anyone who believes and has been baptised is qualified to baptise someone else
Acts 14:23, John 15:16. Authority from God is most definitely needed to baptise.
Seems like cherry picking verses. The context is important. Anyone can baptize.

@@user-qp8ln2yt8r the verse was in this video. Was the great commission only for the disciples? Because if so why do we do mission work spreading the good news? Use some logic
@@smallfeet1345 Jesus was speaking to the eleven living disciples in Matthew 28:19 all of whom were ordained; John 15:16. I don’t know why you do missionary work but if you baptise people without authority they are not baptised as far as God is concerned. Logic tells me you’re mistaken saying anyone can baptise.
@@user-qp8ln2yt8r OK, I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt, let’s say I’m wrong. Show me proof of who has direct authority from God in today’s age that all can witness this person has been ordained by God himself. That way I can go this person so that I may be baptized the right way as you say “in God’s eyes.”

God rest Pats soul and I am thankful for what he said because my priest refuses to baptize my grandson until he does studies and to a Greek that's wrong. However, my mama said that if need be, I could always use the holy water she got from the holy places she went to and baptize my family and this was the confirmation I needed to hear, so that's what I shall do.

And I also would like to fill up the tub to have my daughter put me under the water in totally confused do I need to go to a church I bet like a hermit Crab I don't like the attention and people staring at me please help me here

Well remember baptism is a public announcement of your faith in Christ so it’s good to have at least a few others but yes anyone that is a follower of Christ and has been baptized can do baptisms. Praying for you 🙏🏽🖤
Hebrews 5:4 says "And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron. So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee." Aaron did not make himself a high priest, he was called by God to be a high priest. To baptize in the name of Christ requires authorization from Christ. If you just tell yourself that you have that authority, do you really have any authority?
Baptism should be performed by those with proper authority from God.
Who would have proper authority according to the bible? I’m looking to get baptised myself.

Didn't Phillip baptized the Ethiopian eunuch by the road?
Thank you for the question. The scripture says: "And as they were going along the road they came to some water, and the eunuch said, “See, here is water! What prevents me from being baptized?” And he commanded the chariot to stop, and they both went down into the water, Philip and the eunuch, and he baptized him." (Acts 8:36-38) Thank you for sharing with us in studying the word of God.
and then the cool part when the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the Eunuch saw him no more: so he went on his way rejoicing. @@700club
I thought you had to be filled with the holy spirit before you could baptize someone.
@@yolandaroberts1983 I’m going to baptize my mom soon. I became ordained years ago, my love and my relationship with god guided me to do this. I have been baptized by water and my mom is a Christian who is so sick she only leaves for chemo. So I read many parts of the Bible before making sure I can baptize and listening to Christian sermons. I feel like it’s the act and the beliefs and faith one has in getting it done.

❤ On the 15th of May, 1829, along the bank of the Susquehanna River, near Harmony, Pennsylvania ,the prophet Joseph Smith Jr. and Oliver Cowdery received the authority to baptize from John the Baptist, a resurrected being. You can receive a witness that these things are true, by heeding the exhortation given in Moroni 10 :4-5 of The Book of Mormon - Another Testament of Jesus Christ.
