It's because it's straight up has the word cocaine on it due to the title of the movie. The breaking bad ones don't meth. Besides they get bonus marketing by saying "this is *exclusively* 18 and older."
i think that makes very little sense you dont have to watch something to own a funko pop from it this is also problematic for the other age ranges and there are problems with deciding appropriate ratings if they went with the films rating that would vary between different countrie that would probably reduce sales this would be especially problematic with certain series and games where the character might be well known for already by a young audience but gets a more edgey version for example velma and robin from teen titans vs robin in titans or series that are popular in a certain age group despite the fact it contains some stuff some would consider inappropriate gor that group for example fnaf and poppies playtime are weirdly popular with people between 8+ from my experience but they are not 8+ at all it also makes no sense as a move for them as a Business reducing sales increasing costs on the organization side and its also not going to benefit them at all and people should be able to buy any funko pop they want as they dont do anything negative to affect people
