Literally just turned 19 years old, on the 19th, and I just have to say every year I always listen to this song since its my childhood when I was growing up. I honestly can't believe how fast time passes, I'll always remember playing this on the PS1 with my twin brother legit so many memories, I literally remember it as if it was yesterday. It's honestly so sad to see that Disney longer makes shows like these & how fast time passes. Whenever I listen to this song, I can't just help but remember the countless memories I have with it even shedding tears when I hear it. Truly amazing, and my childhood song. The song of my life and how its described. 💙🎉
Jesus I listen to this now as a 22 year old human after not listening to this for 15+years it still hit the Same if not harder than when I first heard it
no clayton did hang himself and the funny thing is i never knew til maybe two years ago when re-watched it. you can see his body hanging in the shadows as Tarzan looks at him..very creepy/dark scene for a disney movie
Beautiful epic songs by the legend himself Phil Collins thanks for all your music man, been listening to you since I was a kid I'm now 33 and your songs have magic and heart and hope in them thanks for this 💙💯
the doctor It is made by Dreamworks but it is still good. Me and my family watched it way back in 2002. I still remember the trailer for Ice Age in the theater.
I still get goosebumps hearing this song years later. Disney's "Tarzan" was the first Disney movie I saw in the movie theater. I was about six years old at the time it came out and was a huge fan of previous animated Disney films thanks to VHS tapes. I was not expecting to have my breath taken away from seeing an animated Disney film in the theater for the first time, but "Tarzan" did that for me, which is a movie experience I'll always hold dear to my heart.
I'm 22, i used to watch this movie (and serie later on)... But when I hear his voice... With those words... It just send me back these old days and remember me all the story at the exact moment of the movie (no matter the track in fact) 😢
I'm 53 years old and I still cry gut wrenching, can't breathe kind of tears when I watch this first part of the movie. But I still love this song so much!
Yeah, but you have to remember, if wasn't on purpose. He was tangled in the vines, and cut them trying to get free, even against Tarzan's warnings. He didn't realize what would happen.
I was 8 or 9 when Tarzan came out and I can honestly say its one of the best films and soundtracks ever. Phil Collins is a great artist whom I knew some of his songs and with this he won me over. I don't think I know any other soundtrack that its so rich and up and going with the film. The soundtrack is nostalgic, sentimental, powerful, has a beautiful meaning, and its lyrics that you never forget.

Once again, A track written by the Legendary Phil Collins in such an iconic film and soundtrack in my childhood, that applies to me deeply, as I literally have two worlds. One world where my family lives, and my heart belongs, And another where I have better opportunities, and how I wish things were well, to be able to live back in the world where my family is and to be able to live with happiness. How time flies. I wish I could go back in time, and be able to spend more time with the things I love, my family, and the many memories. Such a strong emotion, lyrics, instrumental this track has, and happy that people still listen too it till this day. The soundtrack to my life, and a track that I take deep too my heart, with such an iconic lyric, especially this one; Put your faith in what you most believe in, Two worlds, one family, Trust your heart, Let fate decide, To guide these lives,To guide these lives we see~" and it's exactly, what I've been doing all these years. Time flies.
Man, I just turned 19, on the 19th and this was literally my childhood growing up. I'll never forget even playing this on the PS1. How time flies. Sad to see Disney don't make movies like these anymore. This is the song of my life.
I grew up in the 80s but I have no idea what made them think Phil Collins for Tarzan. But it works. I love the songs in The Lion King but only as they are in the movie. I can't stand the Elton John versions. But I really love Phil Collins songs in Tarzan sung by him . Well done!!❤❤❤
You know, sometimes I'll just be laying in bed, and decide i wanna listen to the Tarzan soundtrack again. Some of the best disney songs ever, in my opinion
Tarzan is such a beautiful cartoon. So vivid in color, the soundtrack is incredible and so heart warming, great voice actors. Just a wonderful movie all together. One of my favorite Disney films always. Some day I will have children and I look forward to introducing them to Tarzan.
0:32 I’ve heard this threatening music while I was at the treehouse back at adventure land only when saber makes an appearance. And I got scared of her ever since. Because I don’t like her screams.
I always come here for a listen but honesty, my all time favorite movie since my childhood. Legendary soundtrack by Phil Collins, The Cast, the storyline, and the characters. Till this day, this movie and soundtrack brings me joy and a bit of tears to my eyes. If you asked me to describe this movie, I couldn't fit it all in this box. This film once carried out many childhoods espically with my generation, and some of these music literally give sentimental meaning to my past experiences, and life. Pure legend of a film. How time flies though. On Tuesday, the 19th of April, I'll be 20. How I wish we could all go back in time to live these days. "Though there's no one there to guide you, no one to take your hand But with faith and understanding, you will journey from boy to man." The lyrics to my life, with all I've been through. The greatest soundtrack of all time.
I remember seeing the movie TARZAN in 1998. I was literally brought to tears. I had recently lost my mother 4 years earlier. I was so moved by the themes of family, love, and togetherness. It was so difficult for me to hold it together. It was so beautiful. If Phil Collins had of magically appeared, I would have kissed his feet and thanked him profusely for writing such an emotionally impactful score. Yes, he did NOT have to go hard. BUT go hard he did. Much ❤️ to ALL!
Tarzan had an incredible soundtrack
rvufo Phil Collins goes hard
Agreed
Love the movie and the soundtrack👍 that's my childhood right there.

And he sang in Spanish too!
The best opening to an animated movie.
Tarzan is a powerful movie for being animated, like it really blows me away along with the incredible soundtrack
Is a great opening, but "The Lion King" intro is the best
Tarzan is the main reason why I love Phil Collins and to this day I still love this movie, soundtrack and all the characters

Also the movie shows Tarzan's parents bloodied dead bodies on the screen.

Am I the only one listening at .25 speed? 🤔
Yes it sounds like ear rape
at-uh.
This is from Disney gold years, now they only produce shitty 3D animations with bad pop musics.
Phil Collins didn't have to go THAT hard on the Tarzan soundtrack. But he did. And he did that for us.
Declan Lacey you stole that. I know because I just littlerly saw that meme and looked this soundtrack up 😂.
brooke hanterman I never claimed I didn't steal it. Lmao
Declan Lacey im just letting everybody know your not as clever as you think you are 😉😆

@@douglashryniuk1346 AYO 😳
And ladies didn't*
Tarzans dad had one hell of a moustache you could tell he was a pure bred English man
Well, that or a German before everything went to shit in the 20th century.
I call his moustache/beard as the "Lemmy Kilmister beard"
He is his dad, get that moustache out and its Tarzan

That was an ENTIRE orchestra and Phil Collins. The most beautiful collab. So much talent :')

TWO WORLD by PHIL COLLINS:
Put your faith in what you most believe in
Two worlds, one family
Trust your heart
Let fate decide
To guide these lies we see
A paradise untouched by man
Within this worlds blessed with love
A simple life, they live in peace
Softly tread the sand below your feed now
Two worlds, one family
Trust your heart
Let fate decide
To guide these lives we see
Beneath the shelter of the trees
Only love can enter here
A simple life, they live in peace
Raise your head up
Lift high the load
Take strength from those that need you
Build high the walls
Build strong the beams
A new life is waiting
But danger's no stranger here
No words describe a mother's tears
No words can heal a broken heart
A dream is gone, but where there's hope
Somewhere something is calling for you
Two worlds, one family
Trust your heart
Let fate decide
To guide these lives we see

Thanks for all the lyrics. On the other ones too.
