when it comes to fishing in Galveston all the lower fruits are caught immediately and you have to go where no boats can go . .shallow is an obstacle for boats . you have to consider the following rules as well . 1-shallows get hot faster . 2- fish during tides . 3- brackish water does not feel as hot or cold as salt water . 4. hot water does not hold oxygen braking point is 87f for trout . 5- big fish are not aggressive and move your bait slowly . 6- to catch fish pot lick Rx angler
One of my favorite areas to kayak/ wade. If I have enough time I'll go all the way out cold pass and get out on that sand bar right in the middle and work those deep channels.
@@RXAngler will do. When I got home I had a box full of Buggs also. I went through and got 1 or 2 of most the sales items. Im going to catch something on this massive Cuda Buggs.
@@europeanian4205 very nice reel. It is the best Curado I have. I was really impressed with the Tatula tws Sv too. Cant go wrong with either at that price.
I went out to Christmas Bay for the first time a few weeks ago. I loved it. I'm really looking forward to going back out there. I really like the trout thumpers. Heath is an awesome guy. Bugg's is definitely a local businesses worth supporting.
Thanks for another great video. I enjoy all the tips. I'll be moving to the area this year and can't wait enjoy the experience. I'll be getting a Hobie Outback as well eventually, thanks again.
I'm a HUGE fan of letting those 20"+ fish go. That's good breeding stock right there. I wish more people in the fishing community would do it. Thank you Nick.
Great videos ,my wife and I watch your channel with our morning coffee , we really enjoy all your content .Great fishing have a blessed day my friend. By the way where is Costa Azul. Fishing been awhile since his last video. Thank you. Have a blessed day, stay safe .
I met rx at bucees yesterday and I asked him about the otter incident and how it was affecting his channel. He said that his channel is blowing up and his view counts are at an all time high thanks to the Facebook forums that keep talking about him. He was very pleased with all the chatter that video was getting him. It’s funny to see y’all keep talking about otters on a separate video. I guess what he said holds true about the people boosting his channel to new heights.
Hey brbrother I you doing, is awesome see your fishing trips, o relly enjoy. You give me to many tips, , Hey I have a question. I used a shimano curado and some times I have backlashe , what you thing is the problem ?
I haven't seen you using your Salty PDL in a long time. Are you disappointed, didn't meet your expectations? Did you get rid of it? You looked so excited when you first got it. Your opinion matters to me. Thanks
So badass man

Is this spot only accessible by kayak ? Or a way to drive near and walk to

😍
How old is this I seen a dude in shorts not in the present. Banger vid though let's link up and fish I'm local as well
Thanks for watching
I got the waders just no yak. I’m guessing the trout are all hiding in west bay cause galvy bay hasn’t produced much but bull reds and big uglys
Bull reds and big uglies are fun.
What rod(s) are you using in this video?
1. Hollow Point Ultra light
2. Suppressor Light Action
hopefully there aren't any otters in christmas
looks like only highly pressured on the weekends, weekdays this time of year you'll likely be the only one on the water
