I jumped out of a plane once in NW Arkansas in September 2017 in a t-shirt and shorts. It's cold at 10,000 feet in the summer. Billy, we don't need tighter laws on guns. We need more people to learn about the inanimate object they use. Think of it like this. Did a gun kill someone the same way a pencil failed your test while in school? The more you learn about something the more control you have over it.
