i am not very sure about this but / the artist has been facing a lot of problems lately . so he can point out that he is trying to get rid of the accusations that were unjustly brought against him . trying to get rid of this (Cow) who is only running after the red flag (pointless). and the artist intends to get rid of this flag ( because he don’t want to deal with worthless people and their problems ) however, he does not regret what he has done and warns them to stop. he says that his white flag is stained with blood, which means that he does not want to fight, but if needed, he is a very skilled fighter. of course, there are many interpretations of these two short sentences / i tried to express my personal opinion to you.

I interpret it as taking down the liars who dragged him thru hell with awfully untrue accusations in the public eye and the people who piled on like sheep then disappeared like snakes in the night without admitting their wrong-doings.
