He immediately gave attitude over nothing and rolled his window up on a 5% tint car, the cop has no reason not to believe there may be dangerous weapons or other evidence inside the vehicle that the suspect is trying to conceal. Then when the cop gave him more instructions he refused to comply.

They need to quit lying and spinning this into a victim narrative. There was no "privilege" on the officer's part. In Florida, there are guide lines given for how citizens are to conduct themselves during a traffic stop. You are supposed to have your windows down (especially if you have deep tinted windows that obstructs the officer's view) and comply with all lawful commands through the duration of the traffic stop. If you feel your rights have been violated then you can seek legal recourse. No rights were violated because the officers had probable cause to pull him over. They gave him lawful commands, which he obstructed. "Comply" is not an evil word, its common sense in this scenario.. The officer's reaction wasn't unjustified, given Tyreek's entitled and ass hole behavior.
Why not follow the instructions of the officer, and was he just supposed to stand there until you got around to acknowledging him. being a millionaire shouldn't give you special treatment in a traffic stop.

The issue came about when they told him to get out of the car for some reason. Police ordinances state they aren't supposed to ask you to get out of the car UNLESS there is a CRIMINAL cause for detainment, detainment AND arrest or probable cause for vehicular search. Now say if this WAS a situation for a CRIMINAL detainment and arrest. The cops somehow dropped the ball because obviously they let him go. He went to the game and played. All of the pro-police people who cry "comply, comply, comply...." they damn sure try to justify the misuse of authority for being so patriotic about rights and freedoms but support them being violated at the same time 😒.
