I agree that before doing react, u should be knowing html, css, and JS but CSS is something which most people struggle to learn, (No one can master it) so just give 3 to 4 hrs to learn CSS, its more then enough because in real world developers use MUI (For react like bootstrap) for creating UI, so u don't have to create UI from the scratch
