I dont know of any ghosting and glare that has been fixed with a 2nd refractive surgery, in fact its probably just going to make them worse. it carries greater risk and is less predictable than a primary surgery. It's more unnecessary trauma to the eye. Unfortunately your only solution may be scleral contact lenses.
Are you sure you can't reop? I'm having ghosting and glare on my vision too but my new doctor says it can be fixed trough a new operation.
