Please I want to change it because I have seen a problem with it not charging! If I press it to open it, it turns off in one second! And if I connect the charger, no light comes on nor is there any indication that it is charging. That is why I want to change it. Hi do you have that problem since you have purchase the unit? or it just happens when you use the unit for several times already? maybe thats factory deffect if its a factory deffect insure to return the unit to the store where you purchase it if that may be the problem let me back to you and i will try to figure out what seems to be the problem of your gimbal thanks

yung sa akin po wala siyang face recognation icon kaya hindi ko alam paano siya gamitin.sana po matulungan ako kakabili ko lng.salamat

Double click po ung camera button dun sa remote control nya tas pag ayw gumana try mo dun sa mismong phone mo ung face recognition
May Gimbal SHOW App ako pero kapag na open ang App hindi nag automatic papunta sa camera.try ko kasi yung face tracking
