Me parece que basta con azúcar y un termometro para caramelo, sin embargo es peligroso por la alta temperatura del caramelo, necesita unos guantes especiales y que sus nietos no intenten tocarlo. Suerte!
@@teresamartinez así es...de hecho soy muy precavida, mis nietos no entran a la cocina mientras se está usando😉...veo que le ponen algo como si fuera miel de maíz, azúcar blanca y otro polvo; de hecho muy poco...no nada más es azúcar 👍
