Given this summary, and the fact that some outfits are missing (which you can see in the first video when the project was still called Project Eve), I wonder how many there will really be in the end... I'm also hoping for updates for special events or collaborations.

Apparently that is indeed the case. Only difference between the base version and the deluxe is that you can unlock some of them faster.
