- I'm back with another update of what's happening here in Southern Utah!🗣️This time I'm back out in Ivins, hanging out with Patrick Manning on top of Black Desert Resort.👀🔥
Black Desert has made huge strides the last 6 months as they've got the golf course just about fully ready, the resort center has gone vertical, they acquired Red Mountain Spa, and much more. It was also cool to hear everything they're doing to make this the most energy efficient resort in the world. Fun to see it continue to take shape!

Such a great project! Our company is providing the cabinets & can attest to the attention to detail they are putting into their construction- great operation!! Thanks MacRae.
That's awesome! i'll be back out there this week for an update
bloopers at the end ... do that for every video ! ... and Eagle Gate is the tile company for black desert. :)
What are they doing to eliminate the noise from exceptional traffic they create on Snow Canyon Parkway?
Love it!! It’s crazy to see how much growth there is.
Interesting how they have "NO" harness, nor gloves as well boots. Should be playing the song "OSHA violation.
Very excited to see all of the planning, talent and hard work come to fruition. An amazing addition to south west Utah. Congrats to the whole development team who are making Black Desert Happen!

This is amazing....
Finally some good restaurants in Ivins. Excited for this to get off the ground
Yes, isn’t it just wonderful (not). Developers won’t be happy until every last bit of land is developed. Where in the hell is the water coming from?
I wondered how they got up there!!! No ELEVATOR?????????
No elevator!
Who owns this resort now?
its not Utah anymore...
