It really sounds like you are carefully planning out your expansions and plans vs trying to just jump head first all in. Keep being careful and you'll get there! The last company I worked at stressed how to streamline processes rather than spending more money or hiring more people. Keep making incremental improvements on your processes.

I’ve never looked but what are mystic’s prices like. Breakers have ALWAYS left a bad taste in my mouth ever since islandgrown was selling 12 shiny fates packs for 120$ when I could just go to GameStop and get a etb with 10 packs for 50$. I like Brandon so I watch but I’ve always hated people scamming others with Pokémon.
Also I don’t have a problem with breaking. Just like why would I want to pay over retail for no a days when I can just go to multiple stores and get anything I want, having to pay/wait for shipping and the risk of it being destroyed/stolen in transit, if I get something amazing the breaker just not giving it to me. (Not saying Brandon just saying in general). And most likely just a me problem but I have no idea when they last washed thier hands.
His prices are the best I've seen. He definitely keeps everything pretty much at retail, and he has good selections. His shipping is really good. As well. Yes, you are right, there is a wait and there is that thing where the shipper could possibly suck, but it's not his fault. It's the shipper. Although, I have purchased a bunch of things, and haven't had any issues with shipping. 🤞can you go the store and get what you want, yes, but not everything, lol and I'll tell you one thing, he won't up-charge the crap out of you like you mentioned about the other seller. Give him a shot, I think he will change your mind.
