This episode is a follow up to my previous Dinosaur King video. In Episode 20 of the English dub, a recap of every dinosaur card that the D-Team collected/encountered was added to the end of (almost) every episode in Season 1. Dinoverse posted a video like this a few years ago, but I noticed that he left out a few clips, so I decided to make a more complete version. Hardcore fans of the anime will notice that I left out the recaps from Episodes 26 and 43. The reason I did this was that because no new Dinosaur Cards were found during those episodes, they kinda broke up the flow of the whole video. Please enjoy the show, and like and subscribe.
If you want to learn more about the dinosaurs and other prehistoric reptiles in the D-Team’s Dinosaur Card Collection, I’ve included some links in the description of this video.

Out of Context
Styracosaurus: **became buddies with Chomp**
Also Styracosaurus: **proceeds to attack Chomp's buddies** 0:51
I know, right? The showrunners really didn't think through how using that clip would contradict Max's prior statement. 🙄
*"There can be only one buddy!"*
Max didn't exactly explain the whole story with him. The same with ceratosaurs. He just said they got him at the mega mall, even though they really got him from zeta point.
Just realized all the cards except water and the special one have a certain type of dinosaur
Is it because they both have herbivores and carnivores as part of their respective elements?
@@aliabuhammoud7706this show is the best right?
Nope, that's only true for the Lightning element and partially for the Grass element.
Only the Lightning element got the dinosaurs which are related, ie., the Ceratopsian dinosaurs.
Grass element has almost all Hadrosaurids(if move cards not counted) with a few exceptions like Fukuisaurus and Iguanodon.
Earth element got a variety of dinosaurs ranging from Ankylosaurids to Stegosaurids which are not really similar except for their diet.
Wind element too got a variety of dinosaurs ranging from the Raptors to Allosaurus to Deltadromeus.
Same for fire, T-rex, Saurophaganax, Carcharodontosaurus are from different families of dinos.
Water too ranges from Sauropods like Jobaria to Spinosaurids as you said.
Secret element got a variety of different unrelated dinos with different diets.
The only thing common among the fire, wind dinosaurs is that they're all carnivores and among the plant, earth dinosaurs is that they're herbivores.
@@AaryanTiwari-xv5kh your the best
@AaryanTiwari-xv5kh I know all of this. I'm saying that they ate similar. I know lightning is the best one, but all of them see to have similar attributes or something in common, such as fire, mainly being large carnivores it doesn't matter whether their genus or species necessarily and for earth they seem to be the armored or plated dinosaurs which are mainly as you said ankylosaurids or stegosaurids I agree with you on all of these but they all seem to be at least somewhat similar to the rest of their card type except for a few exceptions along the way
Number of times each non main dinosaur was summoned: one time: saltasaurus, carcharodontosaurus, ankylosaurus, suchomimus, amargasaurus, anchieceratops, torosaurus, saurolophus, baryonyx, deltadromeus, iguanodon, mapusaurus, and pentaceratops. 2 times: maiasaura, utahraptor, pachycephalosaurus, acrocanthosaurus, daspletosaurus, euoplocephalus, megaraptor, therizinosaurus, deinonychus, allosaurus, fukuisaurus, megalosaurus, and stegosaurus. 3 times: styracosaurus and ampelosaurus. 4 times: altirhinus. 5 times: ceratosaurus and saurophaganax.
Didn’t anchieceratops appear twice?
This is just season 1. Besides, that was a different anchiceratops.
Maisaura helps her offspring awwww
Fun fact: maiasaura literally means good mother lizard in Greek because it takes cares the babies before growing up.
*Dino......Slash!!!!*
Pachyrhinosaurus, release your lightning 🌩️.
Funny how there were two Saurolophus and only one of the cards was remembered and the other was forgotten
They probably went with orange crested one because it was on screen for a little longer than the other.
@@brysontipton1893 It makes sense, but I still think it's wrong
It's also ironic they were put into different cards instead of share one like the pteranodons, deinonychus, and velociraptors. In case you don't remember, green impulse can summon 7 tupuxuaras, and the anhanguera dive summoned 2 anhangueras in the haunted hunt.
@@brysontipton1893Yes

Nostalgic
Tell me if I'm wrong, but Fire and Earth have the least amount of appearances in terms of the elemental attributes. They have Grass, Wind, Lightning, and Water in spades.
You're not wrong. In the anime, the Earth element has the least amount of representation. There are only 4 types of Earth Dinosaurs in Season 1 and only 3 more where added to the roster in Season 2. As for the Fire Dinosaurs, it only seems like there are less of them than the other elements because of how they were spaced out throughout Season 1. Most of them were introduced early on at the beginning of the season and the remaining two didn't appear until towards the end, creating this weird gap without many large carnivores in the middle of the show. This is something that I noticed while I was putting these videos together.
@@maxleroux
I know! There are so many great fire dinosaurs like Giganotosaurus and Tarbosaurus that never go mentioned. Fire is my favorite attribute by far.
As for Grass, I feel like I should like it more, but I can't. It feels like they struggled with Move Cards for them. I like Emerald Garden and Nature's Blessing is good, but that's it. Why are they all summoning attacks? Where are the leaf projectiles, the vines that grab and slam, the roots that constrict, the explosive seeds, trees that tumble down to crush enemies underneath their mass?
@@Firesaur-ut9hy There might be a good reason for that. You should check out HodgePodge's channel some time. He's made a series of breakdown videos explaining how accurate each of the dinosaur species in Dinosaur King really is.
This should be with pokemon ❤❤❤❤
I wonder why they didn't add the second ceralophus card
I think they were only keeping track of the total number of separate species in Season 1. But you're right. Technically, there are 38 Dinosaur Cards in total, not counting move cards, Black T. rex, or any of the extra dinosaurs in Episode 27.
@@maxlerouxand yet the Pteranodon, Seismosaurus (Diplodocus), and Supersaurus
@@LordBumblebee1238 Good eye. While those three cards are a part of the D-Team's card collection, they were sadly excluded from the recap during Season 1. I think they only counted Futabasaurus, Pawpawsaurus and Velociraptor in the recap because no new non-move card dinosaurs were found in those later episodes.
@@maxleroux well if they did mention them it would’ve raised how many cards they had probably 40
They probably didn't show supersaurus because it was a move card and they got the same time they got the altirhinus card.
Did you know that the Megalosaurus is the first dinosaur being discovered
Technically, Megalosaurus is the first dinosaur to be scientifically described and named. That doesn't make it any less cool, though. 🦖
Yes
Dinosaur King watch talking about
Here’s two where Max says they had no encounter with any new dinosaurs
Well, no new dinosaurs appeared this time but we’ve collected 19 cards so far and there are still plenty more to go.
Well, we didn’t see any new dinosaurs this time so we didn’t get any dinosaur cards either but we’ve already collected 29 of them so far and that’s not bad.
You did read the caption below the video, right? I explained why I left those two clips out.
@@maxlerouxI figured I’d add this because viewers wouldn’t know what was said
