I play blues piano i met jd when he played in stpaul minnesota.i also ran into him in some club in L.A shen iwas out there fir my sisters wedding.played s couple tunes with band he was playing with .sure siounds like him if you ask me
@@chrisnord1266 i think your right. i met and played with JD at his sunday blues jam at some hole in the wall in s. central. he had a great band and his guitar player was singing most of the songs. he was great but i forgot his name. JD was such a great person and musician. looking back i should have stayed in LA like he said i should!
I had the fortunate of seeing George play live at a small club in LA back in 1982. Fantastic!
