- I hadn't really raced a four stroke since 2015. Back then I had a 2013 Honda CRF450R. Been a long time to say the least. So when my dad offered up his 2023 Yamaha YZ450F it was pretty much a no brainer. Obviously I said yes and took it to the races. Was only able to pull a 7th out of ten riders, but it was for sure worth the experience.

Yep that was me! I did that twice on different spots and on the sand bar.
Took 2 minutes to kick start back on the bike. Then had a near death experience on the rocky straightaway when my handle bars went full side to side x10 while I was whiskey throttle. I was lucky my right hand finally came to back to life and I was able to slow down before hitting the fences. The adrenaline rush was unreal! Luckily I just walked away with a few scratches and a lifetime time experience!
