When tipping the Dealer (and graciously may I add!), does she alone get that whole sum or is it pooled and split amongst their fellow colleagues on shift in the private high-limit room/table as well?

When you first started pressing your bets the shoe was at a running 5 count. I thought maybe you were counting. Then you put out that $2000 bet when the count was -7 and I cringed a bit. Either way well played, your basic strategy is nearly perfect.
He played perfect basic strategy except for one hand in the beginning where he hit a 13 against a deuce. But he got lucky on that and pulled an eight. Otherwise his play was perfect.
“ always tip your dealers? “ Nope. Only tip them at the end if you’ve made decent money. And even then, don’t tip too much. Also woulda been cool to see a start amount, and end amount. Even tho I’m smart enough to figure it out.
